These Terms of Sale apply when you buy football jerseys or related products from astrojerseys.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Terms of Use, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. The contract
When you submit an order, you offer to buy the items in your bag. We accept that offer when we send an order confirmation by email. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot process payment).
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers (currently card payments via WooPayments). We do not store your full card details. Orders are not shipped until payment is successfully received, except where a method such as bank transfer is used and we wait for funds to clear.
3. Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided. Please check that your shipping details are correct before you pay.
4. Product descriptions
Jerseys may be official replicas, fan versions, or retro styles as described on the product page. Sizing guides are a starting point; if a size is wrong on arrival, see our Returns Policy.
5. Cancellation before dispatch
If you need to change or cancel an order before it ships, email hello@astrojerseys.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the Returns Policy applies.
6. Consumer rights
If you shop as a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from distance purchases within a cooling-off period, subject to exceptions (for example personalised items). How to return an item is explained in our Returns Policy.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
